4. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are established upon contract signing. Typical payment structure includes 50% deposit upon booking, 30% at 30 days prior to event, and 20% upon completion.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to event: 25% cancellation fee. 30-89 days: 50% fee. Less than 30 days: 100% fee applies.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ultimate Event Quest's liability is limited to the total contract value. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control including weather, venue issues, or vendor failures.
